Gemeinsam mit dem Fraunhofer Project Center “NEMS/MEMS Devices and Manufacturing Technologies at Tohoku University”und der Gessner Group des WPI-AIMR der Tohoku Universität zeigt das Institut Anwendungsbeispiele von Nanomaterialien.
