From sensor to application

Sensor systems are an important part of our lives since they are the interface to the digital world. An intelligent sensor system should not only perform a function monotonously, but also interact with its environment and be able to react to it. Sensors provide the higher-level system with the required senses.

Fraunhofer ENAS develops complete solutions for material-integrable sensors, multisensory and electronic functionalities based on micro and nanotechnologies, integrated electronic components, intelligent signal conditioning and evaluation algorithms.
