Fraunhofer ENAS presents »Forschungsfabrik Mikroelektronik Deutschland« together with ten further Fraunhofer institutes of the Fraunhofer Group Microelectronics an Leibniz FBH and Leibniz IHP at the joint booth of Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. The cooperation was founded in April and links research and development infrastructures as well as technology know-how.
We introduce our R&D results in the areas »Silicon based technologies«, »Heterointegration« and »Design, test and reliability«.
Together with FRT GmbH and CWM GmbH, Fraunhofer ENAS presents the MicroProf 300. This measurement equipment enables measurement of thermally caused deformation and thermally caused topography changes (In-plane and Out-of-plane) for investigation from compounds made of various material combinations. Application areas are package design, failure analysis as well as finite element modeling verification.
