The Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nanosystems ENAS was founded in July 2008. We primarily work in the field of micro and nanotechnologies for smart systems integration.

For our research and development activities, we are looking for committed employees, students, and doctoral candidates. Fraunhofer ENAS offers responsible tasks in the scientific, technical, and administrative areas.

We appreciate the strong interest in pursuing vocational training at our institute. Since 2009, we have successfully trained microtechnologists.

Microtechnologists work at the intersection of research and practice and make a valuable contribution to the development of innovative technologies in the micro and nano domain.

All training positions for the Microtechnologist (f/m/d) program, starting in 2025, have already been filled.

We will be offering new training positions for the 2026 intake.
