Fraunhofer ENAS is involved in the design, fabrication and testing of spectral components and systems for more than 15 years. The realized functional demonstrators range from MOEMS components, e.g. spectrally adjustable Fabry-Pérot filters, to spectral sensor systems. Selected application scenarios are monitoring systems in the field of industrial applications, for example for quality control, imaging systems for medical imaging or the detection of plant conditions.
