Monitoring system for electroplating solutions
The institutes introduces a monitoring system for electroplating solutions. The system bases on optical sensors and was developed in a joint project with SHINKO ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES Co., Ltd. from Japan. The cost-efficient optical sensor system identifiies chemical components in liquids very fast and can be integrate easily due to the compact size, a bluetooth interface and battery power source. Application fields for this systems are quality control of electroplating solutions, process measurement tools for process and quality control in food technology, environmental analysis and semiconductor industry.
