Exit A4, Chemnitz Mitte

 

Follow B 95 in the direction of the city center and follow the sign for "Technische Universität Chemnitz, Campus Reichenhainer Strasse" (Leipziger Strasse turns into Reichsstrasse followed by Gustav-Freytag-Strasse)

Turn right into Reichenhainer Strasse

Use the second exit at the roundabout and turn right into Fraunhoferstrasse

After approx. 700 m turn left into Technologie-Campus

After a short ascend turn right again

Fraunhofer ENAS is located on the right hand side

 

Exit A72, Chemnitz –Sued

 

Follow Neefestrasse in the direction of the city center

Turn right into Suedring, follow the direction signs for "Annaberg"

After approx. 8 km exit on the right hand and turn left into "F.O. Schimmel-Strasse"

Use the second exit at the roundabout and follow "Fraunhoferstrasse"

Turn right into Technologie-Campus

After a short ascend turn right again

Fraunhofer ENAS is located on the right hand side

By Public Transportation

Bus

 

From the central station Fraunhofer ENAS can be reached by taxi or bus (5-minute walk to the bus station)

Take bus line 51 toward "Altchemnitz/Reichenhain"

Get off the bus at "Staedtischer Friedhof"

Follow Reichenhainer Strasse northward (pass the university campus) until you reach Rosenbergstrasse

Turn left into Rosenbergstrasse and go straight on for approx. 200 m to reach the Smart Systems Campus

Follow Technologie-Campus (passing the 3D-Micromac AG building on your right hand side and the Start Up building to your left)

Fraunhofer ENAS is located on the left hand side

 

Tram

 

Take line 3,  C13 or C14 or C15 toward "Thalheim" or "Technopark" from the central station

Get off the tram at "Ebertstraße"

Follow Reichenhainer Strasse southward (toward the university campus) until you reach Rosenbergstrasse

Turn right into Rosenbergstrasse and go straight on for approx. 200 m to reach the Smart Systems Campus

Follow Technologie-Campus (passing the 3D-Micromac AG building on your right hand side and the Start Up building to your left)

Fraunhofer ENAS is located on the left hand side.

Take freeway A 4 and take exit "Chemnitz-Mitte". From there follow directions mentioned above for reaching Fraunhofer ENAS by car.

Starting from Leipzig-Schkeuditz airport: Approximately 95 km by car.

Take freeway A 72 towards Chemnitz and exit at "Chemnitz-Sued". From there follow directions mentioned above for reaching Fraunhofer ENAS by car.
