Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nano SystemsThe NIR and MIR spectrometers are a second generation MEMS spectrometers for the near and middle infrared range. The diffraction grating is characterized by fast and efficient measurement. It is compact, shock resitant, light weight and portable. The main application are condition monitoring and analysis of gases, fluids and solids.
It was developed in cooperation with the TQ Systems GmbH.
