SEMICON Russia 2015

The SEMICON Russia takes place in Moscow/ Russia from June 17 to 18, 2015. The Microelectronics Market Conference accompanies the trade fair for microelectronics in Russia on June 16, 2015. Fraunhofer ENAS introduces its topics together with the Center for Microtechnologies (ZfM) of the TU Chemnitz at the Silicon Saxony joint booth (number 7).

The institute presents in cooperation with the ZfM technologies for microelectronics and microsystems, MEMS and smart systems. The visitors get information about the following topics:

Monitoring system for power lines

High-precision inertial sensors (example of an inclination sensor)

RF MEMS

Low-temperature bonding technologies

3D integration technologies
