The Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nanom Systems ENAS takes part in the 14th international nanotechnology exhibition and conference nano tech 2015 in Tokyo, Japan. The institute introduces its research results together with the Fraunhofer Project Center “NEMS/MEMS Devices and Manufacturing Technologies at Tohoku University” at the German Pavilion.

Amorphous metallic glass nanowires for efficient thermoelectric energy conversion
