Booth 5J-08, German Pavilion

Nano tech is the world’s largest nanotechnology exhibition. Fraunhofer ENAS and the Fraunhofer Project Center “NEMS/MEMS Devices and Manufacturing Technologies at Tohoku University” attend the exhibition at the German Pavilion. They especially address nano fabrication technologies and nano materials. The institute shows new developments of bonding technologies, 3D integration, CNTs, nano composites as well as printed functionalities like antennas and batteries.
