SENSOR+TEST 2016

Fraunhofer ENAS shows sensors and smart systems from R&D projects with the Center for Microtechnologies of TU Chemnitz and further cooperation partners from industry at the SENSOR + TEST 2016 in Nuremberg/Germany from May 10 until 12.

The institute introduces the following developments at the Fraunhofer joint booth:

• 2D GMR magnetic field sensor
• Tunable Fabry-Pérot filter for micro spectrometers
• Parylene coating of electronic systems
• Multifunctional MEMS with ultrasonic transducer and temperature sensor for high-temperature applications
• Material integrated sensor layers based on quantum dots
• High-precision inertial sensors for measurment of inclination, acceleration, vibration and gyroscopes
