Fraunhofer ENAS presents selected technologies and research samples at the SEMICON West in San Francisco/U.S.A. from July 14 until 16, 2015.
The institute introduces a monolithic manufactured 2D GMR magnetic field sensor as a joint development with the Center of Microtechnologies (ZfM) of TU Chemnitz and the Laser Institute at the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences.
Research samples of the development of the following technologies are exhibited:
- Integration of carbon nanotubes
- Wafer bonding by SLID bonding and room-temperature bonding by reactive multilayer systems
- Aerosol jet printing
- Printed functionalities as printed antennas and printed batteries
