SEMICON China 2015

SEMICON China takes place in Shanghai/China from March 17 to 19, 2015. The trade fair attracts manufactures and developers of microelectronic products as well as equipment and technology suppliers for microelectronics. Fraunhofer ENAS exhibits on booth 5647 at the German Pavilion. The institute shows samples of conduction by using Aerosol Jet printing. Also a high-precision inclination sensor and approaches for low-temperature bonding are introduced.
