14th International Symposium on RF-MEMS and RF-Microsystems

MEMSWAVE 2013 is the 14th edition of an international event to be held in Potsdam, Germany (July 1-3, 2013). The series of MEMSWAVE started in 2000 in Sinaia ROMANIA and since 2004 has been promoted by AMICOM Network of Excellence on RF-MEMS and RF-Microsystems (MST), funded by the EC in FP6. AMICOM evolved into the RF-MEMS Topical Group of the European Microwave Association, which sponsors the MEMSWAVESymposium.

Papers are solicited in the following areas related to RF‐MEMS and RF‐NEMS:

• Fabrication, processes and materials
• Packaging, assembling, 3D integration
• Components and circuits
• Antennas
• MEMS and IC integration
• Reliability and testing
• Application and system design
