Microfluidic structures/system in polymer, silicone and glass
Microfluidic structures enable the reproducible manipulation of small amounts of liquids. Possible structures include, besides channels and reservoirs, multiple passive and active microfluidic components.
For our customers we develop and realize with our in-house technologies microfluidic structures and systems in the following materials:
- Silicon
- Glass
- Polymer
Besides direct structuring via milling or laser ablation we use lithographic processes and various bonding technologies for the realization of our systems.
