Das Fraunhofer ENAS repräsentiert gemeinsam mit dem Fraunhofer IZM und Fraunhofer IPMS das Leistungszentrum "Funktionsintegration für die Mikro-/Nanoelektronik" auf der diesjährigen Smart Systems Integration Konferenz. Die Konferenz und begleitende Ausstellung zeigt vielfältige Themen rund um die Integration von miniaturisierten Systemen.

Das Fraunhofer ENAS präsentiert in München gemeinsame Entwicklungsbeispiele mit dem Zentrum für Mikrotechnologien der TU Chemnitz vom 9. bis 10. März 2016 auf dem Stand 33.
